Mac Look on Ubuntu

I could not write a post since I was a bit busy updating my Ubuntu look. See it , I think it looks GooD 
With Clear Menu Bar Visibility :
Who says Linux can’t look better ??
I could have provided you the steps to do the samething with your Ubuntu Box but it would be better if u first have a google search.

I used mac4lin theme, avant window navigator ( dock ) , compiz screenlets.
